I think you could actually use store bought tart shells in place of the cookies , and then you could possibly make them the night before your function. I would make just a few first and try it - both to see if you like them and to see how well they hold up. I have another Chocolate Tart recipe that I was going to share very soon. It's another "5 minute tart" using store bought tart shells and chocolate ganache. I've made these for a large function before and they were a hit. I topped them with a swirl of whipped cream before serving. I'll try to make that my next recipe on the blog so that you can get that recipe too. Thx!
