Patriotic Macarons Mini Post

In honor of the Fourth of July holiday, I wanted to (re)share some photos of some French Macarons that I made last year.

I love the red and blue shells with the white buttercream, and they look so pretty against my vintage runner!

I used Tartelette's french macaron recipe and a basic Italian buttercream.

French Macarons are wonderful for any function because you can color coordinate them to your party and the flavor combinations are endless! Hope these give you some inspiration! Happy Fourth!!
