Do you love a good muffin? I mean a really good muffin? Then I have a FANTASTIC recipe for you today!! I spied it on Pinterest yesterday and I had to try it asap!!
The recipe is called Strawberry Lemon Muffins, and If you are in need of a muffin to serve at a brunch or just need a great new muffin to go with your coffee in the morning, TRY THESE!! They are very moist, not too sweet, and have a wonderful lemony icing on the top!
This is the lovely photo from the blog Jamie Cooks It Up. Don't they look delicious?! Jamie says that these are delicious right out of the oven, and they taste even better the next day! I'm afraid the muffins I made today won't make it until tomorrow because I gave half to my in laws and my family ate the other half! Guess I'll just have to bake some more! (happy dance)
We have Camelias blooming everywhere at my house - so pretty! So I threw a few in for you to see. They are like a winter rose, that blooms when nothing else is blooming. It's such a pity that they have no scent!
